  • Module A cultivates grounding: A four weekend exploration of feet, legs, and pelvis.
    Safety covers themes like Mula Bandha and boundaries, as well as polarity and samskaras. The focus is how stability — physical, emotional, and energetic – is the foundation of health and evolution.

  • Module B explores how the spine, core, and ego function as structures of integration and power.  The breath, pressure systems, and the autonomic nervous system will receive detailed attention.


    Philosophically, Ego asks, ‘To whom — or what — do I devote my strength?’

  • Three weekends shed light on anatomy and functional weight shift in the upper extremities and shoulders. Additionally, holding patterns in chest and throat are explored. Systems asks, how do I stand in relation to life?

    This module explores modern spirituality, authenticity and discernment:  moment to moment, control eases into presence.

  • Voice, ethics, and pay – Module 4 is a one week immersion into the profession of yoga. 
    Service revolves around sequencing, speaking to a group, the teacher–student relationship, and foundational business skills.  It culminates in a practicum with feedback.
